Before you begin be sure to have information handy for ALL Applicants and co-signers, that you'll need to complete the application such as:

• SSN Number [you'll need to upload a copy]
• Driver's License [you'll need to upload a copy]
• Employment  Info
• Proof of Income Info (at least 2 weeks recent pay statements, LES etc) [you'll need to upload a copy]
• Rental history
• Current landlord Info
• Co-Signer: If someone will be acting as a financial guarantor,  their Contact Info (email & phone number) so they may be sent an invite to fill out the application
• Personal references
• Emergency Contact Info

PLEASE NOTE:
ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR APPLICATION PLEASE GO TO THE PAY APPLICATION FEE TAB  to submit your ELECTRONIC ONLINE PAYMENT to process your background, credit & rental history screening report.
